Chiu Kwun has laid a firm foundation in the field of gourmet catering. The Tang Palace division was established in 1992, it is a chain Canton restaurants operation. Today Tang Palace has grown to 13 restaurants located in various metropolitan cities including Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai.

“Tang Palace’s” philosophy is to create top value, quality dining service for each of our customer. With sophisticated management we place emphasis on efficiency, cleanliness, quality and corporate image. We have implemented the 5-S Management System (5-S). The 5-S are Structurise, Systematise, Sanitise, Standardise and Self-discipline. In 2001 the company has been awarded the 5-S Management System Certificate by the Hong Kong 5S Association.
